Payment

All payments are due within 10 business days from date of invoice.  If you need additional time, please let me know immediately.  I reserve the right to cease doing business with anyone who cannot send payments on-time.

Web Site Design

The cost for your project will be divided into several payments.  I send invoices (via an email attachment) for a down payment, up to 2 subsequent monthly payments, and a final payment.

If the time-line is fast and the project is finished within 2 months, you will make just 2 payments - a down payment and a final payment.  Otherwise, you will make 3 or 4 payments, depending on the length of the project.  The final invoice will be sent only when the project is complete.

Down Payment

After you have selected the web site package you prefer, I will send you an invoice for a down payment (see amounts below).

After I receive your down payment, I will begin work on your web site.

Monthly Payments (if applicable)

I will email you an invoice at the end of the 2nd and 3rd months of the project (as is applicable).  Each invoice will list the base package price, payment(s) previously made, and the amount currently due. 

Final Payment

A project will be considered complete when the first of either of the following is true:

• You indicate that you are ready for the site to "go live".
• The amount of time allocated for your project, based upon the package chosen, has expired.  See the project time allocations.

When the project is complete, I will email you a detailed invoice for the project.  It will list the base price, payment(s) you have made thus far, any additional charges for add-ons (extra pages, etc.), and the balance due. 

After I receive your final payment, I will move your site from my development area to your web space.  Note that your site will "go live" only after I have received the final payment.

Web Site Maintenance

All but one maintenance plan must be paid in advance of work performed.  Plan M, the "monthly, as needed" plan, will be billed at the end of the month in which the work was performed.
