Web Site Maintenance Prices

If you are interested in one of the plans detailed below, please contact me. I fulfill maintenance requests only after you have informed me of your selected plan (and paid for it in advance if applicable).

Web Site Maintenance Plans

Y2	1 Year	$700	Up to 2 hours per month ¹ Online documentation is provided. ³ Can be paid via annual or semi-annual payments (paid in advance). ²
Y3	1 Year	$1250	Up to 4 hours per month ¹ Can be paid via annual or semi-annual payments (paid in advance). ²
M	Monthly, as needed	$36 per hour	Charged in quarter-hour increments. Online documentation is provided. ³ Payment Options: Monthly - an invoice will be emailed to you at the end of each applicable month. Half-hour minimum charge per bill. Payment must be received within 10 business days of invoice date. I reserve the right to cease doing business with anyone who cannot send payments on-time. Advance - you may send an amount of your choice ($150 minimum) and I will charge against it.

¹	Time is charged for the month that the work is performed. Please note that unused time does NOT roll over from one month to the next. Updates which require more than the allotted time per month will be treated as special projects and charged at the hourly rate. In those cases, I will submit a time estimate for your approval before making the updates. Any additional charges will be billed monthly.
²	Please note that this is an annual contract - not a pay for six months and then we'll see contract. If you select this plan, you are liable for the full amount.
³	I will provide monthly online status reports which are updated as work requests are completed. The reports will include descriptions of tasks completed and amount of time worked. If you opted for a monthly plan, the reports will also include costs for work performed.

Hosting Service Maintenance:
Please note that we do not take care of hosting service related maintenance tasks.
Web site clients are responsible for:

Taking care of all hosting service and domain name renewals and payments
Communicating with their hosting service regarding hosting-related needs or issues
