Web Site Maintenance Prices

We offer two categories of web site maintanance plans - personal and corporate. Please see below for plan details. If you are interested in one of the plans, please contact me. I will fulfill maintenance requests only if you have pre-selected and paid for (as applicable) a plan.

Personal Web Site Maintenance Plans

The following plans are for personal or hobby web sites.

P1	1 Year	$600	Up to 2 hours per month ¹ Can be paid via annual or semi-annual payments (paid in advance). ²
P2	1 Year	$350	Up to 1 hour per month ¹ This is the "lite" version of Plan A, for those whose sites don't require as much maintenance. Can be paid via annual or semi-annual payments (paid in advance). ²
P3	Six Months	$350	Up to 2 hours per month ¹ Must be paid in advance
P4	Six Months	$180	Up to 1 hour per month ¹ Must be paid in advance
P5	As Needed	$30 per hour, plus $50 annual admin. fee	Charged in quarter-hour increments ($7.50 per 15 minutes) Upfront administrative fee per year covers online tracking & invoicing ³. Payment Options: Monthly - an invoice will be emailed to you at the end of each applicable month. ⁴ Half-hour minimum charge per bill ($15). Advance - you may send an amount of your choice ($150 minimum) and I will charge against it. Please do not try to combine the above two payment options. In other words, if you choose option 1 (monthly), do not send a check for more than the amount billed.
Note: Clients are responsible for taking care of all hosting service and domain name renewals. Clients are responsible for communicating with their hosting service regarding hosting-related issues.

¹	Time is charged for the month that the work is performed. Please note that unused time does NOT roll over from one month to the next. Updates which require more than the allotted time per month will be treated as special projects and charged at $30 per hour (billed at $7.50 per 15 minutes). In those cases, I will submit a time estimate for your approval before making the updates. Any additional charges will be billed monthly.
²	Please note that this is an annual contract - not a pay for six months and then we'll see contract. If you select this plan, you are liable for the full amount.
³	I will provide an online status report so that you can see the task completion, time worked, and resulting charges.
⁴	Payment must be received within 10 business days of invoice date. I reserve the right to cease doing business with anyone who cannot send payments on-time.

Corporate Web Site Maintenance Plans

The following plans are for business or club web sites. The higher prices are based on the added size & complexity of this type of site (over personal sites).

Note: Clients are responsible for taking care of all hosting service and domain name renewals. LWD will communicate with hosting service personnel regarding environment issues as necessary. Any time spent doing so will be counted toward the month's time allotment.
