Web Site Design
The cost for your project will be divided into several payments. I send invoices for a down payment, up to 2 subsequent monthly payments, and a final payment.
If the time-line is fast and the project is finished within 2 months, you will make just 2 payments - a down payment and a final payment. Otherwise, you will make 3 or 4 payments, depending on the length of the project. The final invoice will be sent only when the project is complete.

I accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. I am not set up to handle credit cards.

During the project, I will request a maximum of 2 monthly payments. Please reference the chart below. I will email you an invoice at the end of each applicable month listing the base package price, payment(s) made, and payment due.

Final Payment
A project will be considered complete when the first of either of the following is true:
- You indicate that you are ready for the site to "go live".
- It has been four months from the beginning of the project.
When the project is complete, I will email you a detailed invoice for the project. It will list the base price, payment(s) you have made thus far, any additional charges for add-ons (extra pages, etc.), and the balance due.
After I receive your final payment, I will move your site from my development area to your web space. Note that your site will "go live" only after I have received the final payment.
Web Site Maintenance
All but one maintenance plan must be paid in advance of work performed. Plan P5, the "As Needed" plan, will be billed at the end of the month in which the work was performed. Please note that Plan P5 does require an annual administrative fee.
